Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is a 2010/2011 two-part epic fantasy film directed by David Yates, written by Steve Kloves and based on the novel of the same name by J. K. Rowling. The film is produced by Rowling along with David Heyman and David Barron. The two parts form the seventh and final instalment in the Harry Potter film series, with the story following Harry Potter on a quest to find and destroy Lord Voldemort's secret to immortality – the Horcruxes. The film stars Daniel Radcliffe in his final performance as Harry Potter, alongside Rupert Grint and Emma Watson as Harry's best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. The film also features Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter and Alan Rickman.

Part 1

Minister Rufus Scrimgeour addresses the wizarding media stating that the Ministry of Magic will remain strong as Lord Voldemort gains power throughout the Wizarding and Muggle worlds. Severus Snape arrives at Malfoy Manor to inform Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters of Harry's departure from No. 4 Privet Drive. Voldemort relieves Lucius Malfoy of his wand, as his own cannot be used to kill Harry.

Meanwhile, the Order of the Phoenix arrive at Privet Drive and escort Harry to safety using Polyjuice Potion to create six decoy Harrys. During their flight to the Burrow they are ambushed by Death Eaters, resulting in the deaths of Mad-Eye Moody and Hedwig. Voldemort attempts to kill Harry with Malfoy's wand, but fails. At the Burrow, Harry has a vision of Ollivander being tormented by Voldemort, who claims that the wand-maker had lied to him by informing him of the only way to kill Harry: obtaining another's wand.

Scrimgeour arrives at the Burrow and distributes items from Albus Dumbledore's will to Ron, Hermione and Harry. Ron receives Dumbledore's Deluminator; Hermione, The Tales of Beedle the Bard; and Harry is given the Golden Snitch. It's revealed that Harry was also willed to receive the Sword of Godric Gryffindor, however Scrimgeour states that the sword is an important historical artifact and is not eligible to be given away.

Later, the wedding of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour is disrupted by Death Eaters, who have infiltrated the Ministry and are using its authority to persecute Muggle-born witches and wizards. The trio disapparate to London and find sanctuary at No. 12 Grimmauld Place. There they discover that the "R.A.B." from the false Horcrux locket is Regulus Arcturus Black, the younger brother of Sirius Black. From Kreacher, the Black's house-elf, they learn that Mundungus Fletcher has stolen the real locket. Kreacher and Dobby apprehend Fletcher, who reveals that the locket is in the possession of Dolores Umbridge. Under the disguise of Polyjuice Potion, the trio infiltrate the Ministry and successfully retrieve the locket, escaping into the wilderness.

Unable to destroy the Horcrux, they take turns wearing it in order to dilute its negative psychological effects. Harry sees a vision of Voldemort interrogating Gregorovitch, a renowned wand-maker who claims that a teenage boy had once stolen the legendary Elder Wand from his shop. Voldemort then begins to search for the thief. While Ron wears the locket, he is overcome with the suspicion that Harry and Hermione are forming a relationship. As a result, he abandons them. Harry and Hermione then visit Godric's Hollow where they seek Bathilda Bagshot, the historian who may have the Sword of Gryffindor which they believe will destroy Horcruxes. However, they are cornered by Voldemort's snake, Nagini, and they barely escape. Hermione identifies the mysterious thief seen in Harry's vision as Gellert Grindelwald.

When evening falls, Harry sees a doe patronus and follows it to a frozen pond where he finds Gryffindor's sword beneath the ice. Harry, with the locket around his neck, dips into the water to reach the sword. The locket attempts to drown him but Ron returns just in time to rescue Harry. Ron struggles to destroy the locket, but eventually overcomes its power, smashing it with the sword.

The trio then visit Xenophilius Lovegood to learn about a symbol seen several times on their journey. They learn that the symbol represents the Deathly Hallows: the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone and the Cloak of Invisibility. Lovegood then betrays them to the Death Eaters in an effort to have his kidnapped daughter returned. Among the chaos, Harry envisions Grindelwald telling Voldemort that the Elder Wand lies with Dumbledore. The trio are captured and taken to Malfoy Manor where Bellatrix Lestrange imprisons Harry and Ron in a wine cellar in which they discover Luna, Ollivander, and Griphook the goblin. Bellatrix tortures Hermione for information on how they found the sword, which was supposedly in Bellatrix's vault at Gringotts. After Dobby apparates to save them, Harry duels with Draco and defeats him. After the short battle, Dobby is killed by Bellatrix in the process of escaping. Finally, Voldemort breaks into Dumbledore's tomb and steals the Elder Wand.

Part 2

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is set to be released on 15 July 2011 in 3D and in 2D.

5 February 2011 , I went to Cameron highland with my family . It is a family trip , I feel enjoyable and happy in this trip .

The weather in Cameron highland was awesome and amazing great , haha =D . with the higher elevation , the weather in Cameron highlands is cooler than those areas in the lowlands . Sure , apart from cool Temperature in Cameron highland , the soothing green of jungles and forest and tea plantation is a nice draw for crowds planning for a relaxing weekend vacation gateway :)

泰美斯（Themis，希腊语：Θέμις，即「法律」）是古希腊神话中法律和正义的象征。

在古希腊神话里，主持正义和秩序的女神是泰美斯女神（Themis）。按照《神统纪》，她是大神乌拉诺斯(Uranus)（天）和盖亚（Gaea）（地）的女儿，后来成为奥林匹斯主神宙斯的第二位妻子。她的名字的原意为“大地”，转义为“创造”、“稳定”、“坚定”，从而和法律发生了联系。早期神话里，泰美斯是解释预言之神，据说她曾经掌管特尔斐神殿，解释神喻，后来转交给阿波罗。她还负责维持奥林匹斯山的秩序，监管仪式的执行。在古希腊的雕塑中，她的造型是一位表情严肃的妇女，手持一架天平。她和宙斯所生的女儿有贺拉（时序女神）、欧诺弥亚（秩序女神）、狄刻（正义女神）、厄瑞斯（和平女神）、莫依赖（命运女神）等，为她分担职责。其中和法律最有关系的是狄刻（Dice），据说这位正义女神掌管白昼和黑夜大门的钥匙，监视人间的生活，在灵魂循环时主持正义。她经常手持利剑追逐罪犯，刺杀亵渎神灵者。她的造型往往是手持宝剑或棍棒的令人望而生畏的妇女形象。古希腊神话中经常提到的另一位正义女神是阿斯特赖亚（Astraea），她在地上主持正义，又升上天空为室女星座的主星“维耳戈”，纯洁无瑕。她的造型是一位清纯的少女，比上述的两位要耐看得多。

古罗马人接受了古希腊的诸神，并混入了罗马的诸神。在古罗马帝国时代，又将一些概念拟人化，“创造”出不少神灵，其中就有正义／司法女神朱斯提提亚（Justitia，由法律jus一词转变而来），这位女神的造型混合了希腊的泰美斯、狄刻、阿斯特赖亚诸女神的形象，一般都是一手持天平、一手持宝剑，而且都是紧闭双眼或者是在眼睛上蒙着布条。

在欧洲中世纪末的文艺复兴时代，在古希腊古罗马艺术复活的同时，罗马法也在复兴，司法女神朱斯提提亚的造像开始出现在各个城市法院。女神仍然沿用古罗马的造型，一手持剑一手持天平，天平表示“公平”，宝剑表示“正义”，紧闭双眼表示“用心灵观察”。造像的背面往往刻有古罗马的法谚：“为实现正义，哪怕天崩地裂（Fiatjustitia ruat caelum）。”

神话传说实际上折射的是人间的现实。古希腊及古罗马时代的法院，有很多都是民众的会议，或是由抽签产生的一批公民组成。法院裁判案件时的身份，有点像被临时拉来评理的过路人，并不主动去搜集或调查证据，只是根据诉讼双方提交的证据来判断哪一方所讲的是事实。作为法官的会议成员，在审判开始以前，往往对于案件一无所知，全靠审判的进程来了解情况，甚至要依靠请来说明法律的法学家来了解应该适用的法律。所以，法院注重的是衡量双方的证据，确认事实，实现公平正义。罗马以后设置了最高裁判官来处理民事诉讼，仍旧是在法学家的帮助下注重于诉讼者证据的衡量和鉴别，并不插手调查，反映于神话就是手持天平的忒弥斯。重大的刑事案件会指定一些人组成委员会，负责收集证据、寻找罪犯，并将嫌疑人提交法院进行审理裁断。

罗马帝国灭亡后，日耳曼各部族称雄西欧，他们的法院大多也是部族成年男子的聚会，依旧扮演一个临时拉来的公正人的角色。中世纪法谚“没有原告就没有法官”，说的就是这种情况。在各王国的中央集权逐渐加强后，才出现了发现罪犯、搜集证据的机制。如英国国王亨利二世在1164年颁布的“克拉灵顿诏令”，规定王室法官在巡回审判中，应在当地召集12名与诉讼案件无关的人为证人，宣誓后向法庭提供证据，以一致意见确定事实，这就是后来的陪审团的来源。1275年，英国规定重大的刑事案件都要由陪审团进行调查，搜集证据并向法庭起诉。但为了防止调查犯罪的陪审员有先入之见，1352年，爱德华三世的诏令进一步规定，凡参与案件调查取证的陪审员一律不得参加该案件的审理，只能作为起诉方参加诉讼作证，其证言的真实性则要由另外召集的12名陪审员的一致意见来确认。这样就形成了专门调查取证的起诉陪审团或称“大陪审团”与专门的审判陪审团或称“小陪审团”。

中欧地区的发展与英国的情况相仿，12、13世纪时各王国陆续设立了王室检察官，侦缉、起诉重大犯罪。随着中央集权的加强，检察官的职权逐步扩大。15世纪时，在德意志诸国出现有关维持社会秩序的“Polizei”法令，后来又用这一词表示有关执行这些法令特设的官署机构及其人员，从而成为后世西欧语言中警察（Polizei或Police）一词的来源。监视、发现上述违反法令的罪行后，这些官署就可向法院提起“警察案件”（Polizeisache）的诉讼，与原有的“司法案件”（Justizsache）相对。法院本身仍然不直接插手调查案件的事实，而是由法官对控、辩双方提交的证据进行比较衡量。

由于欧洲在上述长期的历史发展中，法院始终只承担裁断职责，因此作为法院的象征，古希腊、古罗马的这位正义女神形象得以长期保留蒙目的形象。她是裁判之神，被动的、守株待兔的、后发制人的，只是用天平衡量诉讼双方提出的证据，哪一方的证据充分就胜诉；哪一方的证据不足就败诉，用宝剑加以处罚。她的职责是“裁断”而不是发现，所以眼睛应该蒙上，不会因为看见诉讼双方而有主观上的倾向性，也不会因为受到各种干扰而难以实现正义，就如她身后的法谚所表明的，她为实现正义应该是无所畏惧的。

我上了一堂有意义的课

风，轻轻地向我那红彤彤的脸蛋儿吹了过来，凉风习习，凉透了心坎里去。曾经，这里曾经是我与父亲共同的回忆。那洁白，细小的沙有着我与父亲共同的足迹，连绵无尽的沙滩，赤印，却不曾中断，仿佛述说着我们的故事。

在那孤独的夕阳下，父亲的身影，犹如一个强悍的巨人，开着鱼船从海上回到了港口。每天，我这小淘气硬是要拉着父亲陪我走一段路，才肯让他到海上与大自然搏斗，因为，我深知，父亲的身影是走向那浩瀚无尽的海洋。我怕，怕那巨大的海洋吞食，霸占了我的父亲，唯，沙滩上的赤印才能安抚我那小小的心灵。在没有上学的日子，我总在沙滩旁与玩伴嬉戏，其实，我是在陪伴父亲。

有一次，父亲没有出海捕鱼，便带我坐上舢板，去感受大海的怀抱。那是我身平第一次与父亲同坐舢板到海上航行，是我生命里不可磨灭的一幕。父亲用他那雄亮的声音鼓励我踏上不断晃动的舢板，用他那健硕，魁梧的身体平稳这小小的舢板，好让我舒服的坐在里头。当一切就绪，我们的小舢板向前方徐徐地推进。我带着兴奋，但却疑惑的心情出发了。我不知海洋是长什么样的，我不知深沉的海里有着什么样的生物，我不知前进的方向有着什么样的挑战，我对前方一无所知。心情是迷惑与无助地，但，父亲坚定了我的意念。

那时是清晨六时多，天还未破晓，四处漆黑一片，伸手不见五指。空气里萦绕着一层又一层的白雾，我们仿佛处于仙境，心情也飘飘然地，身心皆已和大自然结合了。父亲在小舢板上教会我的第一件事是，学会感受。父亲那温暖的大手捉起我的小手放进海水里，顿时，我的小手心感觉冷冰冰的，但，却振奋人心，我知，这就是大自然的温度。

不知何时，水流越来越大，舢板摇晃地使我不慎地跌倒，海水涌进这小小的空间，急奔的海水使舢板失去了方向。此时，舢板的马达已不能附和海水的冲击。父亲赶紧用舢板上的桨与猛烈的海水拼搏，就像与魔鬼拔河那样的艰辛。急流一波接一波，没有为我们留下一口喘气的机会，眼看我们俩与小舢板正准备漂向上帝的手掌里。父亲的桨突然断了一截，失去平稳之际，我竟掉进了海里，眼看生存无望，我闭上双眼，等待成为上帝的羔羊，隐隐约约中，我听见父亲的呼唤，那双大手将我拉回了舢板里。人间总是有希望的，舢板这时被一枝粗大的树枝给钩住了，我们总算靠了岸。

生命，就是如此漂浮不定，有时风平浪静，有时波涛汹涌。过了好久，一切已经恢复正常。我们的小舢板继续向前推进，曙光照耀在我们的身上，仿佛希望降临于我们的道路上，美丽，动人。大海的海水，清澈见底，鱼儿在海里畅游，婀娜多姿，令人生羡。天，渐渐地亮了，我们的小舢板驶回我们那温暖的港口，那不起眼的家，隐蔽，安全。

父亲牵着我的小手，走在沙滩上，望着远方那煦光。父亲为我上了一堂生命的课，让我得知，生命里有无限的挑战，即使失败了，也要懂的从挫折中站起来，接受大自然的加冕，心灵将变得丰盛，生命得以成长。

我的明天，是清新漫妙的明天。

我的乐园

夜幕低垂，窗前的我，望着窗外那孤立的路灯，静静地聆听思绪在翻滚，夜间的宁静，使我坠入了记忆的深处... ...

我是一名独生女，小时候的我就有了属于自己的小空间，宁静幽雅的环境，不时听见虫鸣鸟叫声，房里摆放着各式各样的玩具，那是我最爱呆着的小天堂。我的父母给了我一间算是宽敞的小睡房，有一个小窗户，朝向我家那美丽的花园。我最爱的是欣赏着绿茵茵的景象，有那美丽的小黄花，有那茂盛的果树，有那不言弃的煦光，这一切，是无限的温暖。偶尔有不知名的鸟儿从树上呼啸而过，发出一阵清脆的声音；夏虫也常爱到我小房里流连，给我歌唱着大自然的音乐，奏乐起那悠悠自然的韵律。

在这大自然的交响乐下，我最爱的是在房里玩起我多不胜数的玩具，或是与那小不点的虫儿交谈，好不快乐。小房里就像一个小小的玩具王国，有那可爱的米奇老鼠，正义凛然的巴斯光年，雪白漂亮的睡美人，英武非凡的泰山，七个高度相当的小矮人等等；我的小睡房仿佛就像是“迪士尼乐园”，无限的欢乐，无限的喜悦。我的童年就是它们陪伴我走出来的，我的睡房就是我小小的乐园。

后来，长大了，我不再那么需要形形色色的玩具陪伴了，我开始学会识字，绘画，这些成了我的心头好，为我的小世界，注入更多地欢乐。在小房里，我爱开着那小小的收音机，然后把窗给打开，凉风习习，凉透心底；我的心，我的灵，我的思绪仿佛就卧在碧绿的草坪上，仰望蔚蓝的晴空，悠悠的白云；作画的心思来了，写作的灵感也来了，一切皆是万物的泉源。

在四周美妙的环境下，有那绽放微笑的太阳，我的思绪停留在那安全靠岸的方向。我总爱把回响与灵感用文字给作个记录，当整个人的精神格外舒爽时，笔下的文字总不会有停顿的一刻。到了夜晚时，因为宁静，灵感，文思都能被提高起来；有时，看着那满天的星空，银铃般的闪耀着，层层的白雾；黑夜，其实七彩缤纷。从我的小房里望出去，就像看见“世界之窗”，无境止的宽阔，无限的希望；这时，我便能振笔疾书，洋洋洒洒地，篇篇的好文章都写了出来。心情不太好时，我就选择作画，画那些来我房里流连的小虫儿，看见它们那幼小的身躯，努力，坚强地求存，我知，生命其实不简单；生命能够如此温柔细腻，真挚感人，触动了我的心弦。

生活就像淘气的小鬼，但，在我的乐园里，再怎么起伏不定的心情，亦可获得暂时的平静。幼时，我的乐园仿佛是童话王国；现在我的乐园是我写作与绘画的好去处。纵使，我的文字，我的画作，没有华丽，深奥的词汇；没有色彩鲜艳的色调，可是，它们是动人的短文与画作，很实在，很真！其实，这些短暂的快乐，久了，就是永恒的喜悦。

我的小房，就是我的乐园。未来，这小房不仅仅是童话王国，创作天地，也是我心灵深处的避风港，虽然，在不起眼的转弯处，但，隐蔽，安全而且充满喜悦。我爱我的乐园。

《站在悬崖上》丁贤谈政治.情在人间系列二

据作者所说，这本书的书名为《站在悬崖上》，是取自于书中其中一篇文章的篇名，也是为了表达作者的心情，即是想像自己站在居高临下的悬崖峭壁，视野较广，角度也刁钻，看到的东西或有不同之处。

这书的文章，概括了许多政治事件，就如：“308政治海啸前奏与后续，伯拉的损落，纳吉的崛起，纳吉发表的作品等等。”这段时间，马来西亚政治不断有震撼，经常有变化；旧的崩塌，新的尚未建立。在悬崖上落脚，是岌岌可危的。事件和课题，乃至人物都会成为过去；然而，作者留下的政治评论可以令人深思，做为启发的价值。这就是这本书的意义。

此书包括了三大部分，即是：“辑一，集体无意识；辑二，天下大不韪；以及，辑三，乌云也有银边。”此书作者对政治及时事的观点极为锋利，他反映了读者的心声。即使对政治亦或是时事不为兴趣，也不难因作者运用的多项实例而感动，甚至是获益不浅。

Inception is a 2010 American science fiction-action film written, produced, and directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, and Cillian Murphy. The film, a variant on the heist genre, centers on Dom Cobb, an " extractor ", who enters the dreams of others to obtain information that is otherwise inaccessible. His abilities have cost him his family and his nationality, but a chance at redemption and regaining his old life is promised when Cobb and his team of specialists are hired to plant an idea in a target's subconscious. Dominic " Dom " Cobb ( Leonardo DiCaprio ) leads a group of " extractors ": professional thieves steal who steal secrets from within shared dreams, a method developed by the military based on sedation and connection to a central electronic hub. Team members have specific roles: ' architects ' create the layout and buildings of the dream, ' forgers ' can assume the identity of others in dreams, and ' subjects ' are the victims of the crime who populate the dream with their subconscious projections such as passers-by, or vaults representing information which they wish to keep secret. The opposite of extraction is inception, the process by which an idea is planted in the mind of the subject, so that it organically grows and feels like an original thought.

Pain is felt during dreams, but death results in a return to consciousness. Dreams within dreams can be built but each layer is less stable and dilates time progressively longer. Carrying a ' totem ', a small object whose physical properties only oneself knows intimately ( e.g. a loaded die ), can be used to test whether one is in a dream created by somebody else.

潘朵拉的盒子，此故事是源自于希腊的神话。

潘朵拉是宙斯创造的第一個人类女人，主要是要報复人類。因为众神中的普罗米修斯過份关心人類，于是恼火了宙斯。宙斯在爭夺神界時，就是得到普罗米修斯及其弟伊皮米修斯的幫助，才能登上宝座。普罗米修斯的名字即“深谋远虑”的意思。而其弟伊皮米修斯的意思為“后悔”，所以兩兄弟的作风就跟其名字一样，有着“深谋远虑”及“后悔”的特性。

The word honest comes from the Latin word which means honorable . In my dictionary it is defined as " free from fraud and deception , genuine , real , humble , plain , reputable , respectable , frank , innocent , simple . "

To me , honesty is the quality of obtaining integrity . To be straight forward without being worried of the selfish aspect of what consequences might be . From my own personal experience i believe that being honest is the only right choice to be made . We as students have a particular code to abide by and if they code is violated , consequences are at hand . Sometimes the right thing isn't always the easiest but in the long run being honest will pay off in one way or another .
Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom .

这一刻，我无法用文字来阐述，我无法用感觉来述说，它，需要用心灵最深最深的沉思来表达！

今天的每个时刻，都被我的记忆定格了。看着那一片湛蓝且普照的穹苍，还有每个人所绽放出的微笑，我明白我不是一个人作战的！站在一百米的起跑点，我的思绪慢慢的升起，霎那间，我堕入了沉思；看着他与她和蔼的脸孔，就像正为我注入无穷的力量，那一刻，他们的鼔励，就像对我能力的信任。然而，这依然无法按抚我害怕与紧张的心情，就在一刻，当我正要起跑的那一刻，一个与我素不相识的他，竟然对我说：“加油，你是可以的。”你知当时的我有什么感觉吗？我真的，真的，知道那一刻我并不孤单，他那坚定且自信的语气，深深的在我心中迂回荡漾。我知我不会让他失望！然而，我做到了！

但遗憾的是，我放弃了四百米，我放弃了一个我曾经坚持的项目。那时，许多，许多的人看着这样的我，不禁为我打气，要我尽全力跑完。放弃，不带表我想令你们失望，我只是想把另一个更完美，更好的那一面呈献在你们面前。如果，你不信任我，那就代表你自己无知；所幸，我尊敬的人都相信了我。跑着，跑着，我发现，原来细偿生活，得到的会更多。而我得到的是你们无私的支持与你们的信任。

重要的时刻即将来临！我期盼，我等待的这一刻来到了。对我有期盼的人，请放心，我不会，肯定不会再令你们失望，因为我是个痛恨失望感觉的人。这一刻，可能是我在学生生涯里最后一次站在这田径场上的起跑点，而我正准备要创造属于自己的历史时刻。自我懂得这个项目以来，我没有一次是不努力的，我是期盼创造历史的。起跑前，我的心犹豫了，但我看见了他，他对我说：“可以，一定可以的。”我相信了自己，我相信了他。我感觉到了那股无形的速度，我跑的好快。我的队友，她们没有令我失望，她们也跑的好快，她们挑战了自己，而且战胜了自己。我以你们为荣，我爱今天这一刻尽力的你们。
